weigh in results

hi everyone well this week I have ordered the wedding rings so I am really happy about that :). Also I have weighed in and have lost another pound this bringing my total weight up to 1 stone 1lb yay. I have decieded to drop my ww points this week as i am almost in the next stone bracket :). 

Hi everyone I am Emma, I'm 25 and live in Wales with my fiance and five year old son. I have started following the weight watchers diet so that I can loose weight ready for my wedding next June. I have followed weight watchers before and lost 3 stone with it so I know I can do it, but unfortunately I have put all of that and more weight back on since 2004 .

So far on my weight loss journey I have lost 1 stone which I am very happy about but I still have a lot more work to do. Following a loss of just half a pound last week I have upped my exercise this week so that I can get down into that next stone bracket next week, I am only one and a half pounds from it.

As for my wedding plans they are all coming along well I have booked to get married out in Rhodes, I have bought my dress( 2 sizes smaller eek) but I will get into it, have sorted my bridesmaids dresses out and have booked a party for when we came back to celebrate with those family and friends who can't come out with us. 

I work as a carer for Social services it is my dream job I really enjoy it I work with children and adults who have disabilities, it is a really rewarding job it's great to know that just that little bit of support can make such a huge difference to peoples lives.

That's me for now but i will try to post on here at least once a week to let you know how I am getting on.
